Engine builders represent one of the cornerstones of the dirt track racing community as a whole. Engine Builders are an even more crucial part of the equation for our sport’s elite divisions; 410 Sprints Cars, Super Late Models and Big Block Modifieds. In addition to operating the premiere national touring series for 410 Sprints Cars and Super Late Models under the World of Outlaws banner along with the Super DIRTcar Series (Big Block Modifieds) and UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals (Super Late Models), World Racing Group is the largest sanctioning body for weekly Super Late Model and Big Block Modified racing in North America. Simply put, we care a lot about what happens in these divisions and want to do our part to support our racers and manufacturers by continuing to develop new programs.

As you already know, a number of aftermarket parts manufacturers have supported dirt track racers with product over the years. A handful of those partners began expressing an interest to us in doing more. These partners were not only interested in supporting our elite racers, but wanted programs that would reach a broader number of competitors and support the Series themselves. Most importantly for you, they wanted to develop a program that rewards the dirt track engine builder community and provides them with a more direct line of communication to both small and large builders.

As a result we created DIRTcar HP in 2011, a program designed to reward racers and builders while demonstrating the commitment that some of the aftermarket’s leading companies are putting against the dirt track market. Each manufacturer has made a multi-year commitment to the program and we look forward to adding new partners and more benefits each year.
